What Does OPEX mean?

Opex stands for ‘Operating Expenses’ (or variable expenses). These expenses cover such things as rates, insurance and building maintenance.

What’s the difference between a ‘Net’ lease and a ‘Gross’ lease?

A Net lease is where the rental charged does not include Opex. A Gross lease includes the Opex.
