The company developed a 5 building office development at Sir William Pickering Drive being a total of 2100m2 of which MYOB became a major tenant. Some of the other office development projects successfully completed are, 27 Sir William Pickering Drive (a design build for Jade Software Ltd), Anzco (adjacent to MYOB) and White Fox & Jones House at 22 Moorhouse Ave being a five level high quality building overlooking Hagley Park.   Logistics Drive in Harewood was a complete infrastructure commercial subdivision completed in the mid 2000’s  and include tenants Anglo Pacific International, Apollo Motorhomes and Omega Rental Cars.

The recently completed (June 2014) development at No. 70 Gloucester St (Anderson Lloyd House) is a 5 level ‘A’ Grade office building. This is one of the first buildings in the new Christchurch CBD to be completed. Tenants MSC Shipping and Anderson Lloyd Lawyers
are the major tenants.

Completed in 2015 the new OPUS House at 12 Moorhouse Ave is- a 5 level building consisting of over 6000m2 of A Grade office space built to 150% of the New Building Code.

Amherst Properties Ltd also develops properties for its property investment family trust and accordingly in many developments, the initial leasing and construction relationship with the tenant becomes a long term one with the property being retained as an investment.
